Advanced Detector Technologies
As a newly designed and built facility, the ADT journey began with unique challenges. A transformation roadmap that included a six sigma strategy, the team of 32 employees established a culture of daily improvement. Leadership at the facility, all the way up to the president, had hands-on involvement in many improvement events. This Shingo Prize candidate for the state of Tennessee experienced radical improvement across the board.
