This includes executive leadership team self-assessments, followed by peer assessments. CBT then provides both individual and team feedback on each leader's performance as well as development guides. We also work with each leader on the initiation of individual development plans and provide the necessary coaching to follow through.
Following executive leadership development and coaching sessions, the same methodology and approach for cultivating highly effective leaders is replicated throughout the organization.
